The second way you can lose weight in a week is to eat a diet that only includes fruits and vegetables. There aren’t many calories in green salads, even larger ones. In addition to the number of calories being greatly reduced, the amount of fiber will be greatly increased. That fiber will serve to clean your digestive system, eliminating a large volume of excess eight most of us carry around because we just don’t eat right to begin with.
The third plan to lose weight in a week is a combination of the first two methods. We know that increasing the amount of water and vegetables consumed daily can lead to rapid weight loss. To keep your body healthy, you must also eat moderate amounts of protein, such as fish, meat, and poultry, and carbohydrates found in grains. For successful weight loss, our bodies need carbohydrates, which convert to fuel that the body burns, added to a reduced caloric intake.
Although this last plan make work more slowly, it is a more balanced way of dieting that allows the body to receive the nutrients it needs and take in less calories each day than it burns.
A good average weight loss for a single week is between 8 and 20 pounds following the balanced plan. Assuming, of course, that you have that much excess weight to lose. Since that is true for most people, that weight loss target is quite possible.
