The cliche “excess of everything is bad” is quite right when it comes to weight loss matters. It is so true, when we talk about our daily eating habits. I am going to reveal in a while the missing secret, which could be keeping you away from healthy body and nonetheless the slim and trim body. It is so part of our routine, that hardly, we pay any attention to it. Sometimes, the truth is very near us, only we act ignorant to it. Now, let us talk about fruit juices. Yes, it is healthy, but overindulging in it, may increase the appetite for food.
