Does anyone know a quick weight loss diet?

I have to go to this wedding in a couple of months, and want to lose some weight. Is there a diet out there that drops pounds FAST? I have heard of the Size Zero Pill, but don’t know how to get it. Any ideas for weight loss? Thank you.

    Eat less calories. That’s all it really takes. There is no magic pill. Even if you spend money on a magic pill, it comes with a plan that restricts caloric intake. To lose 1 pound of body fat, 3,500 less calories must be consumed. It’s just math.

    Your best bet is heavy cardio and lower your caloric intake to between 1200-1500 a day. At least an hour a day of cardio, eat as many veges and fruit as you can, avoid sweets, salt and such. Lean proteins in small servings only.

    The Keckwick Diet it’s also called “The Fat Fast” It’s hard to do because you eat weird meals. You’re basically just eating fat, but it’s the fastest diet there is. It’s also dangerous for people who are not obese and lose weight easily because you lose weight so quickly.

    Yeah, its a diet doctors use for rapid weight loss before their patients have surgery. I used it after my 3rd child when the weight wouldn’t come off. you can eat as much as you like as long s it is food from that day’s plan. But you only get meat once a week and carbs once a week. But it works! I lost 3.5 kg in 3 days and 5.5 kg in the first week( think thats about 9 pounds). Its too long to put on here, so send me an email if your interested.

    put own the fork and run for 270-275 minutes a week.

    that’s 6 days a week, 45-48 minutes a day.

    275 is the magic number.
