    i can give you tips. ITs really simple if you wake up in the morning eat 3 eggs and 100% orange juice. Really good and healthy. Run for atleast 30mins to build staminia and endurence resistince. Also go to a gym as well.

    Hey man you´re doing a great job but it´s all wrong you aren´t supposed to get into shape then feel good about yourself you´re supposed to feel good about yourself then loose weight and get into shape :) trust me it´s much easier.. i recommend you take a class or something but what do i know maybe you are in one
