How can i effectively lose body fat, in a healthy fashion?

I am 14 (and weigh 130 lbs) and i would like to lose some of the excess body fat around my thighs and stomach/midsection…I would also like to tone the muscles i already have. Any suggestions for a HEALTHY effective workout schedule?
btw, i am not that “sporty” and i overheat easily (which means im also bad at running long distances). But i am willing to try any sports or anything that anyone thinks will help…

Search into the Abs Diet, and workout regularly. To find a fun way to learn new workout routines and ideas, search youtube for matt furey videos, crossfit videos, and cardio king videos. Also, check out working out forums. You’ll do great.
i suggest u not to eat ice creams and things like that becoz they make u gain alot of weight.And also dont eat too much junk food and even if u are not a sports person u might need to exercise daily and drink almost 2 glasses of water before ur meal so that u will feel that ur stomatch is full. interval training is the best way to lose body fat. You can run/jog at a challenging pace for a minute, then walk for a minute, run for another minute, etc. Start at 10 minutes and increase as you get stronger. It’s not as difficult as long distance running and it’s more fun (comparatively speaking!) because you have something to focus on (the time). This will tone your thighs. My favorite thing for abs is the video 8 Minute Abs (its on youtube!) You might not be able to do it all through at first but stick with it and you will notice a difference.
