You can run/jog at a challenging pace for a minute, then walk for a minute, run for another minute, etc. Start at 10 minutes and increase as you get stronger. It&#039;s not as difficult as long distance running and it&#039;s more fun (comparatively speaking!) because you have something to focus on (the time). This will tone your thighs. My favorite thing for abs is the video 8 Minute Abs (its on youtube!) You might not be able to do it all through at first but stick with it and you will notice a difference. </description>

		<description>i suggest u not to eat ice creams and things like that becoz they make u gain alot of weight.And also dont eat too much junk food and even if u are not a sports person u might need to exercise daily and drink almost 2 glasses of water before ur meal so that u will feel that ur stomatch is full. I hope i helped u .</description>
