How can I lose body fat but not weight?

I weigh 130 and am fine with that but want to lose body fat. But how?
I can’t weight train because I can’t lift heavy things due to it hurting my back.
cardio i can do.

eat a healthy low fat diet, weight train, and do plenty of cardio. The most important thing to remember is DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF. Starving yourself will make your body go into starvation mode and feed off your muscle for energy. This means you will end up burning less calories during the day, since muscle burns fat.
I was at 230 lbs a couple years ago, and now im down to 152, all muscle
