How do i lose body fat without gaining too much muscle ?

Basically im fat lol and i want to lose body weight without gaining muscle.

Ive lost 20lbs so far in a month and thats just been cutting down on food and walking my dog all the time….i want to start going to the gym but because i naturally have a large frame if i gain too much muscle ill just still look fat so wot is the best type of exercise to do where i will lose body fat without gainin too much muscle!

    you and do the eliptical machines and those stair step machines they make you use your legs a lot without gaining too much muscle

    Simply just keep you calorie intake low and eat right. if youre going to be serious with this, it will have to be a drastic change for it to work. NEVER eat fast food or drink soda. instead of three big meals, eat 5 or 6 tiny portions of food in day. intead of walking, run. it builds up fast. run a little more each day at sprint the last stretch to ensure you get the most out of it.

    Do more cardio, like on the elliptical machine or treadmill.

    eat less calories than you take in.go for lon run.work out with lighter weights and do higher repitisions.

    Wow, you’ve done really good so far. Right now I’m toning my body, but I also don’t want muscles. What I did, was go to the gym everyday. I would start a routine so that I just got used to. I worked out on the elliptical for 45 minutes and then cooled down on the treadmill for an hour. I also worked out on weight lifting machines, switching off with upper body and lower body every other day.
