		<description>Wow,  you&#039;ve done really good so far. Right now I&#039;m toning my body, but I also don&#039;t want muscles.  What I did, was go to the gym everyday. I would start a routine so that I just got used to. I worked out on the elliptical for 45 minutes and then cooled down on the treadmill for an hour. I also worked out on weight lifting machines, switching off with upper body and lower body every other day.</description>

		<description>Simply just keep you calorie intake low and eat right. if youre going to be serious with this, it will have to be a drastic change for it to work. NEVER eat fast food or drink soda. instead of three big meals, eat 5 or 6 tiny portions of food in  day. intead of walking, run. it builds up fast. run a little more each day at sprint the last stretch to ensure you get the most out of it.</description>
