How to lose body fat? I try by eating left, but end up eating more. Help?

I’m trying to lose fat since feeling uncomfortable in my clothes. But I don’t have time to go to the gym and I’m not so good with my back or my upper-body. So what can I do?

    i got a heavy hula hoop and lost about an inch or 2 after spinning it everyday for about a 5 day period, just turn on your favorite song and try spinning it until the song starts pretty much you will get carried away and do it longer cause its fun.

    ok iill try to help you! this is what i do!
    1.eat 4 small meals a day eat fruit with each meal! no snacks after 10pm POINT BLANK
    2.CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO 10-40 Mins a day or every other day..HINT: more you put in cardio the better your resaults Running is the best cardio then biking is number 2…..Keep your Heart Rate up and i mean up 115+ HEART RATE IS THE MAIN KEY :}

    Instead of being about how MUCH you eat, dieting should be about WHAT you eat. It is better for you to eat 5000 healthy calories than just 1500 unhealthy ones. Research has also shown that it’s healthier to be slightly overweight than it is to be slightly underweight, if that makes you feel better!

    Tips
    1)Always eat breakfast like a king… the food you eat first thing in the morning is used to start your body up and the more you eat at breakfast, the better your body can work throughout the day.

    2) Dont ever skip meals. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and a couple of snacks are all needed to keep you going, just make sure it’s healthy!

    3) Dont ever drink fizzy drinks, especially not sugar free or lute ones. The liquid calories in all juices are not used effectively by the body, but even worse, sugar free drinks contain artificial sweeteners that make you crave more food! Stay away from them.

    4) Make sure you chew your food properly and don’t just swallow it. 40-50 chews will keep you fuller for longer, although it will take some getting used to.

    5) if you feel like snacking on junk, have a glass Of water. About six glasses a day are good. If you still fancy cake, have a piece of gum, the chewing will fill you up. If you still want food, eat something healthy and natural instead. Fruit, veg, oats… Dried fruits are good too although they contain a lot of sugar.

    If you realm are serious about losing weight your going to have to do at least an hour of cardio a day. Running, swimming, cycling etc. You don’t need to go to the gym but you do need to get your heart rate going. Swimming regularly should help with your upper body and running and cycling are good ways to workout without needing to go to the gym.

    But you need to be pushing yourself not just doing what’s comfortable. If it’s comfoirtable your not benefiting from it. Work to you sweat then if you feel okay keep going. Make sure you drink plenty of water and STOP if you feel dizzy or faint.

    Squats, sit ups, crunches and push ups can all be done in the comfort of the home, every morning and every evening. Start with a few and then gradually increase the number your doing. Don’t be surprised if you gain some muscle after a good few weeks if this!

    Finally, diet pills. DON’T DO THEM!! horse medicine and prescription medication for hyper children was found in the size zero pill, who knows what’s in others…

    Foods like cinnamon, hot peppers and green tea are said to increase the metabolism leading to weight loss, but the best way to improve your metabolism is to do lots of excercise and get really fit.

    Remember the biggest barrier stopping you from losing weight is yourself. Work WITH your body, HELP it by treating it well and in return it WILL reward you.
