How to lose body fat within a 3 day time span?

I am in the military and I have to lose 1% of body fat between now and Wednesday morning. Just looking for a healthy way to drop that extra me off fast, sure and safe. Thank you.

    try wearing a sweat or sauna suit! go to a steam room! and do noteat any fats!! lots of exercise!

    well i would just work out….a lot of cardio… in wrestling i lost about 3 % by putting on a sauna suit and playing dodgeball for 10 min. it doesnt have to be overworked, just do what you can

    Eat five times a day, but only fruits and veggies. Try and eat as much dark veggies as you can. I’m serious eating five times a day will speed up your metabolism and you will feel better. But only fruits and veggies.

    Water and Fruits and veggies. Don’t do any heavy exercises. just some jogging.

    1% of how much? If alot, not safe…If just a bit: limit carbs, increase veggies and eat only lean protein. Only nutrient rich foods. Exercise, but pay attention to your body (especially heart rate) to know your limits!

    abosulety no way. it is impossibel to drop that much fat. To burn one pound of fat you have to burn 3500 calories approx. from fat. You have to do low intensity work out for a VERY long time to lose just one pound of fat. If you are trying to lose 1 percent of body fat you might be able to do it by eating at your basal metabloic rate, and wlaking maybe 5 hours a day for three days on top of that. Not eating will result in weight loss from de-hydration and your muscle mass going down. In three days all that you fathomably conceive to lose healthily is about 1 pound, naturally all of which is not fat.

    Not eating carbs will release ammonia into your body if you ar eexercising afterwards, so eat an appropriate amount of carbs…like 60% of your total calories.

    cardio burns carbs, you cant speed up your metablosim by eating more often, make sure to eat breakfast. dont skip a meal either. Basically everything that eveyrbody said is wrong. You cant lose body fat form cardio, and you cant “sweat” off weight. All you can do is dehyrdate yourself. sweatsuits and ice baths are used for muscle recovery, any high school wrestling coach that tells you otherwise is probably…the coach of high school athletes.

    3 day diet ? Although 3 day diet usually works after a week of trial but it worth a try!

    Meal Plan:

    Day 1

    Breakfast: Coffee/Tea, 1 egg , 1 slice of toast and 1/2 banana.

    Lunch: Coffee/tea, toast with 1/2 cup of tuna.

    Dinner: 3 Oz. of chicken, 1 cup of green beans, vanilla ice cream and carrots. And you can consume 1 cup of vanilla ice cream

    Day 2

    Breakfast: Coffee/Tea, 1/2 grapefruit and a toast.

    Lunch: 1/2 cup of tuna, with 4 – 8 saltine crackers.
    A saltine crackers is a thin cracker sprinkled lightly with coarse salt made from white flour, yeast, and baking soda.

    Dinner: 2 beef franks, a cub of cabbage, 1/2 cup of carrots, 1/2 banana and 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream.

    Day 3

    Breakfast: Coffee/tea, 5 saltine crackers, 1 apple, 1 egg, 1 toast and just a little cheddar cheese.

    Lunch: Coffee/tea, 1 slice of toast with 1 boiled egg.

    Dinner: a cup of tuna, carrots, melon, cauliflower and another 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream.
