    Change the kind of food you eat. Don’t eat or drink sweets full of sugar. And don’t eat oily junk food such as potato chips and hamburgers.

    Eat healthy food. And you won’t gain any more weight.
    Exercise regularly. And you will loose the extra weight you have now.

    swear off rubbish food (maccas etc) for the rest of your life. remember this IT IS NOT FOOD. IT IS A CHEMICAL COCKTAIL. i guarantee you if you stop eating hamburgers, softdrink, takeaway (takeout), etc etc and eat only food from your home, you will HAVE to lose weight. oh. and that other little thing. exercise. but just walking everyday is enough. just stick to it.

    I disagree (at least in part) with the first poster. It is important that activity of some sort become a part of your life… just part of who you are. You want to lose weight but you also want to be healthy and vibrant, I hope. I’ve struggled with weight all my adult life so I do feel for you. It isn’t easy. Don’t go for the gimmicks, quick fixes, etc. They will just set you up for failure and eventually more weight gain. That is the story of my life. I’d lose 5 in order to gain 10… or lose 35 and then gain 50. it’s a vicious cycle.

    As I said, find some sort of physical activity, the people who keep a food journal (they say) do better. I’ve never been disciplined enough to do it, though. Something that has helped me is not having much variety (sounds like it should be the opposite) but I read somewhere to have the same thing (or same 2-3 things) for breakfast every day. I started doing that and it really has helped. Go slow, don’t be drastic, make small changes and try to pick healthy foods. (and watch your portion size). Good luck to you.

    running or walking is a good way, you could also ride a bike, swim, jog :D
    any type of exercise is good for you.
    watch less tv, get on the computer less and go outside a exercise some more. walk a dog, take out the trash, even clean.
    eat little through out the day, and good foods while your at it. drink just water, :D

    JUST EXERCISE EVERYDAY AND EAT HEALTHY FOODS LIKE AN APPLE OR SOMETHING . BUT STAY AWAY FROM JUNK FOODS.
