Decide a reasonable goal for yourself and start exercising.
Start by working out at least 4-5 days a week for thirty minutes and eat a reasonable amount of food without over doing it.
The best way is diet and exercise. Try to eat healthier and not after 6 pm. eat a good and big breakfast because you will work it off throughout the day. Try to do atleast 30 minutes cardio a day. good luck!
