		<description>I have been on the acai blast for a few months. It has made me feel better, given me more energy, cleared my complexion, and I have lost 15 pounds. I have been eating sensibly, but I am not on any special diet plans. I try to walk everyday, too. 		<description>The best way is diet and exercise. Try to eat healthier and not after 6 pm. eat a good and big breakfast because you will work it off throughout the day. Try to do atleast 30 minutes cardio a day. good luck!</description>
