Is it possible to lose body fat and build muscle at the same time?

Does anybody know if its possible to build muscle and lose body fat at the same time? The reason is because I want to get into bodybuilding so thats the reason why.

    It’s possible for a beginner in the first 6-12 weeks of training using any workout program at all, so when first starting exercise it doesn’t matter what you’re doing. After those first weeks though you body’s adapted, so you need to change up your workouts to something more effective.

    As long as your diet is good and nutritious with little fat, you will build muscle and lose fat when you start, but don’t expect any miracles when you step onto the scale; muscle weighs more than fat, so you will probably weigh more but look way better!
