    vegetables, fruits, nuts, complex carbohydrates such as whole grain bread, non processed cheese, water, low fat milk.. top it off with some after or before work exercise it be alone or in a social sports team and wlalah you may not loose all the weight you want but with discipline and motivation you will feel better about your self and have a stronger grasp on what works for you! its the cave man diet.. think about it
