Lose Body Fat – Eating to Loose Body Fat with Exercise

When deciding on how to go about losing body fat, diet and how and what you eat is very important. One of the best books I have read is Body For Life. In the book, he really breaks it down easily. Basically, the way to eat to lose body fat with exercise is to eat small meals every day. You should be eating on average about every 3 hours. And each meal should consist of a low fat high protein piece about the size of your fist, a small cup of complex carb, and a veg.
Things you need to be weary of are highly processed foods, and sugars.
If you are on a strict exercise regimen, you can incorporate eating to lose bodyfat with exercise. One thing that is very popular these days is acai berries. This is one of the lose body fat foods that really help to get you in the shape you want.
