Plyoetric is great way to lose body fat and increase definition (google).
As for starving yourself, theoretically protein (muscle) is only used as an energy source as a last resort. So technically if you dont eat for 4 hours you wont lose muscle mass, as long as you eat correctly.

to lose body fat effectivley, you do intense interval training.
i.e sprint 30 seconds, jog 60 seconds.
You burn your glycogen stores (energy) through high intensity excercise, the low intensity (jogging) burns your trigylceride stores (fat stores).
but you dont need to thousands of situps to work them.
Compound excercises will help them. Dead lifts and squats work your abs by supporting your back.
Floor wipers are also good for abs.

do crunches and eat well will give you a good six pack crunches are easy 200 a day for six weeks and eating healthy will give you a six pack i did 500 a day except for weekends for six weeks and got an 8 pack

Man, getting abs does take doing 1000′s of crunches a day. I bet what this guy goes through is hell in and out of the gym daily, and he diets 100% clean foods. There’s no way you can get abs without doing cardio, there’s no way of getting abs without dieting right. That plain and simple. Nothing magical about it, there’s no program you need to buy, it’s just eat less, eat clean, workout, and in time your abs will come.
