Tonalin CLA supplements are getting some very positive support from a number of respectable resources. Like many, I struggle with an extra 15 pounds. I really require some sort of outside help to get me motivated. In the event that Tonalin CLA doesn’t work out for me then very little is lost. A short number of years later, a group of researchers from the University of Wisconsin tried to repeat the Canadian study. In this study they used forty overweight adults and they studied them for 24 weeks. This study was able to obtain the same results. Also in the American study the group taking the CLA supplement also claimed to have lost fat from their belly region. The medical community at large was very pleased with this result as belly fat can lead to heart disease which is a serious threat to the health of many Americans.

Both the Canadian and American studies made sure that that all of the participating subjects consumed approximately the same amount of calories per day. Furthermore, all of the subjects had the same amount of daily exercise. By controlling for diet and exercise, the research teams could make certain that it was the CLA pill that was the catalyst for any changes.

The fact that these two studies were performed by professionals at respectable North American Universities makes me think that the studies are solid. I have nothing to lose by trying this natural supplement. I am going to try Tonalin CLA and continue with my regular exercise and diet.
