Vegetables & Spices That Can Reduce Your Body Fat

I bet you didn’t know that there is a specific class of vegetables that contain very specific phytonutrients that actually help to fight against belly fat.

Firstly there are certain chemicals in our food supply and our environment, such as pesticides, herbicides, and certain petrochemicals from household cleaners, cosmetics, etc can act as xenoestrogens.

Xenoestrogens are chemicals that you are exposed to that have an estrogenic effect and excess exposure can cause hormone balance disruptions for both men and women. So these can wreak havoc in the body for both guys and gals.

These estrogenic chemicals that we are exposed to on a daily basis can stimulate your body to store belly fat, along with many other problems.

So here’s where this specific class of vegetables comes in handy

Certain cruciferous vegetables have specific nutrients that fight those xenoestrogens that are making you store more belly fat. The best vegetables are brussel sprouts, cauliflower, kale and broccoli.

The fact that these vegetables work against the estrogenic effects will enable you to fight and reduce belly fat.

Eat your veggies like mom told you to.

As I tried some of these vegetables I learned to like them with a little garlic and melted grass fed cheese to improve the taste. You will come up with your own favorites, I am sure.

Here are some spices that can assist you in fat burning.

1. Capsaicin, the compound gives red chili pepper its heat, increased energy via heat expenditure by up to 23% after ingesting it at breakfast.

2. Black Pepper increases body heat (thermogenesis) by bonding to TRPV1 receptors in the brain.

The spice turmeric fights cancer and also has a thermogenic effect.

Combine all three spices and add them to you meals you get an increase in the benefits of just one. Triple team your fat.

Just be careful not to overdo the spices, otherwise you’ll end up with more heartburn than fatburn.
