What do i eat when trying to lose body fat?

I know that eating too much bread is bad when you are trying to lose body fat, what are some sugestions on what i can eat for breakfast that doesnt include bread. i want to go on a high protein, low carb diet, but what is breakfast meal that is high protein, low carb.
Any sugestions?

    i usually have half cup of real yoghurt, half cup of skim milk, half cup of mixed fruit and one tbspoon of linseed meal. tastes good and gives ya energy…:) hope this helps!

    try oatmeal wid milk n a fruit
    it really helps to loose weight as its very high in fibre n is also a good source of protien
    n if u like it sweet add some raisins as i do

    You need to get to a gym, all the dieting in the world will not produce lasting results if you don’t exercise.

    Also, it’s a bad idea to cut out a major food group. Eventually, your body will crave it and you’ll be munching on it more than ever.

    Breakfast is however the most important meal of the day, so you’re right to focus on it. Try something like porridge that will release energy slowly and prevent you from craving mid-morning snacks. You can add natural honey for flavor. Don’t be tricked into drinking lots of juice, it’s full of sugar, albeit natural. If you want to have some, mix it with half a glass of water. Green tea or warm water with lemon is excellent for washing your system out.
