What is seriously the best way to lose body fat?

I hear so many different opinions on how to lose fat. Cardio and weights, weights only, cardio only….etc. I’d like to know what is seriously the best way to just get a slimmer body, mainly upper body (stomach, upper back, arms). I’ve tried jogging for a month and didn’t see any change. I do go to a gym but I’m not sure what to do there! I’m tired of wasting my time! Thank you in advance!

any exercise and sensible eating. it will take longer than a month. it needs to be a daily habit.
Running is the best thing you can do. If you are already small though, it is much harder to lose any weight. If you really are overweight, and ran for a month and didnt drop a pound then somehting is wrong there. But anyways, yea, running is the absolute best exercise♥

Change your lifestyle for once and for all so that you lose your excess fat and it wont return at all…workout often(cardio & toning exercises in moderation 5 or 6 days a week) and eat healthy(porton control and calorie shifting)- theres NO other way to get slim and stay slim for life… never set yourself a time limit…effective fat loss will take time,so be patient!
Strength training and lifting weights, but also some cardio and plenty of protein.
