What is the best to take to lose body fat and gain muscle?

I have been working out about 3 days a week doing lifting and cardio. I am 5,5 164. My goal is to lose my body fat and get solid/ripped and build more muscle and get stronger.I want to stay around the 160s.I was looking at the GNC Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 Anyone know if that is any good? Any recomendations of what I should take or any tips
