Would I lose more body fat if I drank water during my workout or if i drank a ton of water at one time?

My workout is about an hour and a half of mostly vigorous cardiac activity.

would i lose body fat quicker if i had large quantities of water at certain times, or drank all throughout the workout?

    It would be best for your performance if you drank small gulps throughout your workout. If you drink a lot at one time it will hinder your workout and give you cramps.

    i dont think its going to make much difference to the amount of body fat you lose.

    If you drank a ton of water before a workout you would find it very hard as your tummy is full of water and your body will have to work extra hard to digest. This will make working out harder and therefore you wont give it your 100% best.

    Drinking during the workout is a more sensible option as it keeps you hydrated and allows you to workout better and harder.

    get a gallon jug and fill it and drink it throughout the day and it will do wonders. i have lost about 20 by just focusing on my diet and making sure a gallon a day. i am currently addicted like bad having a gallon and a half a day.
